Project Scope

TCB Arrow were keen to monopolise on the opportunity of purchasing a piece of real estate right on their doorstep which could be renovated and let to provide an income and future investment for the company.

In order to capitalise on this opportunity the building was going to need more than a simple 'make over.'

With this in mind TCB Arrow realised that they needed a company that not only had the knowledge and capability to see the project through but to be mindful of the balance of expense against return in order to make a project of this kind warrant its very existence.

After a brief tender period Prodjex were successful in securing the contract.

Managing Director Murray Humphries stated;

This coupled with the fact they demonstrated they had the skills and expertise to deliver the finished product on time and to budget provided the confidence we needed. It has been an enlightening and enjoyable journey and I would like to thank the Prodjex team for their professional and thorough approach to each step of the process."

The works involved:

  1. Stripping the two buildings of all their cladding
  2. Manufacturing and installing an additional 3000mm high steel portal frame to provide high bay warehouse space, in keeping with market trends
  3. New Hi-tec building cladding to walls and roofs
  4. New gas supply to the building
  5. A complete Category A fit out to both offices including WC's, Tea Points, LED lighting with motion sensors & Fire Alarm system
  6. The warehouses required dividing with jumbo stud hour rated partitions and new high bay lighting was installed
  7. The warehouse floors were scarified and specialist paint finishes applied
  8. New high bay electrically operated roller shutter doors were added
  9. New uPVC double glazed windows were installed to the front elevation
  10. Palisade fencing replaced the original fencing
  11. Ground works were carried out for drainage and finally new Tarmacadam was laid to the car park areas
